Support

Now Solutions provides support to help our clients in the initial stages of maintaining their website once the project is implemented. The support we offer includes phone, email and on-site visits, if required. Assistance with “how to do” questions, minor updates and changes to content.

Once you're up and running, Now Solutions offers the following support services. See the descriptions below for more information.

	Bugs	4 hours	Your monthly hosting fee includes technical support. If you're experiencing difficulties, lodge a support request.
	Questions	8 hours	Ask Now How. Everyone has questions when they're learning something new. You have 3 each month.
	Enhancements	2 days	Lodge a request for enhancement and we will help you define your requirements, give you a quote and set a timeline for implementation.
